Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Principal Data Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of clinical trial processes. This role will involve overseeing data management activities, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the development of new treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data management activities for clinical trials, including data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain data management plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all data management deliverables.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
- Participate in the development and implementation of data management standards and best practices.
- Review and validate data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory agencies.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in data management systems and software (e.g., EDC, CDMS).
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., CDISC standards).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
