Dr. Daniel Wilson, Ph.D
Dr. Daniel Wilson has approximately 25 years of clinical development experience in academic medicine and the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry. Daniel began his industry clinical development career at Pfizer Global Research as a Clinical Research Scientist in the Clinical Sciences, CNS group. Following this, Daniel has 21 years of senior medical writing experience at biotech companies and CROs leading, coordinating, facilitating, and writing clinical and regulatory documents, FDA submissions CTD modules (IND, NDA) publications, proposals, and NIH grant applications. Daniel has experience in multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, psychiatry, ophthalmology, allergy, and metabolic disease indications.
Daniel’s academic background consists of a Doctorate in human biology (neuroscience focus) from the University of Guelph (Guelph, Canada) and a Master of Science in medical science from McMaster University (Hamilton, Canada). In addition, Daniel has postdoctoral training in epidemiology (Saint Louis University) and functional neuroimaging (fMRI, MEG; University of Toronto, Medical Biophysics).
