Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Statistical Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of clinical trial data. This role will involve leading programming activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, and supporting the development of new treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage statistical programming activities for clinical trials, including the creation of analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs).
- Develop and maintain programming specifications and documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all programming deliverables.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
- Review and validate programming code and outputs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory agencies.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in statistical programming.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in SAS programming and familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial data and regulatory requirements (e.g., CDISC standards, SDTM, ADaM, Pinnacle 21).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
